1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Noorilmz Tech (noorilmz.com, www.noorilmz.com) and its associated web properties including tools.noorilmz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Purpose of Site & Intellectual Property

This website serves as the engineering portfolio and software development showcase for Mohd Ehtesham Mudassir Khan (Noorilmz Tech). All original content, branding, design elements, and source code are the intellectual property of Noorilmz Tech unless otherwise specified.

You may view, interact with, and link to our publicly available web pages for personal and professional review. You may not scrape, reproduce, or resell the visual assets or proprietary content without explicit prior written permission.

3. WebTools Suite & Engineering Disclaimer

Calculators and utilities hosted on tools.noorilmz.com (such as the HVAC Duct Sizing Calculator, Commercial Lease CAM Reconciler, Equity Simulator, Banquet Bar Estimator, and Salon Profit Utility) are provided free of charge for informational, estimating, and educational purposes.

While we aim for mathematical rigor based on public formulas (e.g. ACCA Manual D, standard lease reconciliation math, and IRS option tax logic), results are models and estimates only. They do not constitute certified engineering blueprints, licensed legal advice, or official financial counsel. Always verify critical computations with certified professionals.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Noorilmz Tech or Mohd Ehtesham Mudassir Khan be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use this website or any of its tools. All services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
